Kasol is a little village in Himachal situated along the banks of the river Parvati commonly known as the 'Amsterdam of India'. It is rapidly gaining fame as a popular hub for trekkers, backpackers, and nature lovers. Explore the panoramic vistas of the Parvati valley as you walk through the trails leading to Kheerganga and Tosh. Get a chance to see the cave where Lord Kartikeya had given up all the worldly pleasures and sat for meditation and where goddess Parvati convinced him to come back by serving a bowl of Kheer. Experience the hippie culture in Tosh, while you sit in one of the pretty café’s and dig into a bowl of hot maggie. Experience the spiritual vibes at Manikaran, which is known for its hot water springs.

About safety and hygiene:

- The camps and hotel the entire stay is deep cleaned before every check-in and post every check-out.

- There are antibacterial hand sanitisers available throughout the property.

- Social distancing is maintained.

- The campsite and hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including the lobby, doorknobs, common washrooms, etc.)

- Daily temperature monitoring of the staff.

- Hand gloves being used when carrying out cleaning work and when handling waste.

About accessibility:

Once you book the package, the campsite or Hotel location will be shared to you along with a Vedas Voucher.

You can reach the location by your own vehicle or hiring a private vehicle from Vedas itself.

*Buffet Or TDH Fixed Menu Breakfast includes butter, jam, aalu paratha, poori bhaji, dahi, omelette, sweet daliya, poha, tea, coffee.

*Buffet Or  TDH Fixed Menu Lunch includes plain rice, jira rice, mutter pulau, chapati, rajma masala, dal makhni, mix veg, aaloo govi, veg

kofta, kadi pakora, raita, green salad, achaar, papad.

*Buffet Or TDH Fixed Menu Dinner includes chapati, jeera rice, matar paneer, shahi paneer, palak paneer, dal fry, seasonal vegetable, fruit custard, siwaee kheer.

** Important note: Please note drinks during meals will be served on direct payment basis. ​

 

Transport:

 *Any kind of transportation is not included in the package.

* If anyone requires transport we can provide our fleet of transport Medium Car,Toyota Innova,Tempo Traveller & Mini Coach 18 Seater.

Advisory:​

  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

  • The exact location will be shared once the booking is confirmed.

  • Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed.

  • Social distancing to be maintained.

  • Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made 07-14 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-6 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

 Refund Policy:

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 working days

  • All applicable refunds will be done as per traveller's mode of payment .

Booking Confirmation Policy:

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking payment made in favour of Vedas Tours.
